My aim to have every student leave with a sense of achievement. You only need to see the students pictures to see their looks of achivement in their smiles!
Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or an advanced learner I have lots of classes to suit you.

My classes are small no large groups where you are trying to get the teachers attention.

Do you get a recognised certificate? no this is purely for a hobby although some students have worked there way through my  courses and have accquired their  new skills and now have their own cake  businesses.
When  I am too  busy to take on any more cake  orders, I give their names out to my customers as I know they are creating great cakes to!

What are my qualifications?

I am a qualified chef and pastry chef and have been in the food industry for the past 28 years( makes me feel old when I type this!) I am qualified with more British  City and Guilds in sugar paste and royal icing too. I have my 7307 which is the equivalent to the Teachers Cerificate 4 here in Australia and am qualified to teach adult education, in the Uk .I am also a qualified swimming instructor but that will be used in my next life!!!

Am I  a  lecturer? no  that is  prestige qualification that usually   requres a degree,  although it is lightly thrown around  in the cake world , with some people being called that!!!

I am a passionate cake baker, cake decorator and cake business owner who feels that cake baking and decorating needs to be more openly shared otherwise could  become a lost skilled art.

Like most hobbies and crafts, equipment can become costly. What makes my classes unique, I provide everything you need for the day. All cakes and biscuits are provided and all ingredients for the  baking cupcake workshop, even a box to take your creation home.

You will have the opportunity to use a vast array of tools and equipment and discover their uses.

Whether this is a one off class or the beginning of a great craft for you, I will show you how to achieve great results.

All my classes allow plenty of time and there is no sense of rushing .
